Text editing prevention
How to prevent a text (note) from being edited by unauthorized users? I mean make it "permanent" and not editable (unless disired to do so).
By default, your notes are only editable by you. If you share a note (by adding someone's email address as a tag), then the recipient can also edit that note.
If you'd like for someone to be able to see one of your notes, but not edit it, you can publish your note as a web page. Use the button with an arrow in it on your note editor toolbar, then select Publish as Web Page. You can then send the published link to people so they can see your note, but not change it.
