Tags refuse to be deleted

Hi,

I've created a tag (using the API) and now I cannot delete it (using the WEB interface or the IOS client). It appears initially to be deleted, but keeps reappearing after a refresh.

In fact, any tag I create now (even using the Web client) exhibits the same behavior.

Help !

I have the same issue. I can create new tags but no way to delete across web, iOS, android, mac client and pc client. Help!
